Can I call in my refills?
Definitely. We’ll need your name, prescription number & when you need them. Easy.
Can my doctor’s office call in a prescription?
Of course. Your doctor will e-prescribe, fax or call us with your prescription. Or you can drop off a written prescription at the pharmacy.
Can I transfer a prescription from another pharmacy?
Certainly, we simply need your old pharmacy phone number, prescription number, your name and date of birth. Use our convenient form available here. The transfer usually takes a couple of hours.
I’m a snow bird and head south in the winter, can you still work with me?
Of course we can, and we do! We can work with your insurance company to deliver your refills by mail to maintain your drug therapy.
My son can’t swallow pills, what should I do?
We can formulate most medications into an easier to take formula (liquid, cream, capsule, etc.).
What happens if I need something in a emergency?
A registered pharmacist is on call 24 hours a day. Call the pharmacy 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to receive the emergency phone number.
My mother lives on the island and doesn’t drive, how can she get her prescriptions?
We offer free delivery to customers on Grand Island.
