Island Prescription Center is now providing Covid-19 Vaccines & Boosters for Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson.
To qualify for a COVID booster for those who initially received Pfizer or Moderna it must be at least 6 months from your last dose & you must meet at least 1 of the following criteria:
- 65 or older
- 18+ with comorbid health conditions (diabetes, asthma, heart disease, etc)
- 18+ and working/living in a high risk environment (hospital, nursing home, school)
To qualify for a COVID booster for those who initially received Johnson & Johnson it must be at least 2 months from your previous dose.
- A booster dose is recommended for ALL patients 18+ that received Johnson & Johnson
You can now mix and match vaccines by receiving a booster dose of a different brand than your initial doses
